I absolutely love it!!!! Being a senior, it's no fun to have to be getting up from your cozy chair or bed to answer the phone unless it's necessary. When you do answer and get silence before some salesman or money raiser picks up, it is extremely annoying. Before Nomorobo we would get some 20-30 auto dialer calls a day. We had even gone so far to buy a phone that announces the caller's ID, so we wouldn't answer the 800 calls. But then the masked local calls started coming too. I seriously considered getting rid of our home phone. I am so happy with Nomorobo. I loved "robo" while it worked but, a few months ago, we had no incoming calls. I contacted our phone co. (Optimum) and they discovered ALL our calls were being sent to "robo". They advised switching call forwarding to "off". They reset the modem and the problem was solved. After a few weeks, I reestablished "robo"--it worked for about a month when the same problem occurred. After Optimum again corrected the problem, I never switched back to "robo".
