Just last week, 8,269 people got Nomorobo protection!
Since about 80% of my phone calls on my land-line are from unwanted sources, Nomorobo is a wonderful service. It, at least, eliminates 40 - 50% of my unwanted calls. Thank you
— Anonymous, Nov 29th, 9:25amIt is AMAZING how many "one ringers" we get! So glad we have Nomorobo and have installed it on our parents' phones and recommended it to many others! Thanks!!!!
— Patty, Nov 29th, 9:35amI have already posted your information on next door.com which is a community bulletin board. Hopefully you will get a few more subscribers. I have received some very positive responses from my post.
— Dave M, Nov 29th, 9:43amTrying to stop or at least limit Robocalls almost became a part time job for me. I would diligently try to use their "press 5 to be removed from our list" [yeah, THAT works!], & even more diligently report the numbers/caller ID in complaints to the Do Not Call Registry. Pretty much to no avail & a losing battle. Then I read about Nomorobo. Gave it a try & OMG, what a difference! An IMMEDIATE difference! A real Godsend --- The peace is wonderful. One little ring & then nothing. Thank you so much!!
— T.P. G, Nov 29th, 9:57amI think it has helped, but quite a few numbers (including Gallup) get through with a single ring, which is less annoying than talking to them, but very annoying, nonetheless because these callers tend to call every day. I suspect this has something to do with the fact that I use Vonage SimulRing to call my home and cell at the same time, but I'm not sure. I've learned that reporting a problem has no effect (but, heck, you're offering a free service, so ...), which I why I didn't bother.Of course, the 2014 political campaign season was still unbearable, and I don't look forward to 2016, but I think your service is a great help, and I appreciate it.
— Carol S, Nov 29th, 10:05amIt has significantly improved our home atmosphere. The product really works!
— Gary, Nov 29th, 10:05amI am amazed by the number of calls that are blocked. Is there any way for me to submit a suspect number?
— Ray D, Nov 29th, 10:28amI've been signed up with Nomorobo since March of 2013. Without ANY doubt, Nomorobo is the BEST thing to happen to our phone system in a long, long time. It just baffled me for DECADES how unsolicited, scam phone calls were (and still are) allowed by the FCC. The Do Not Call Registry is a joke, nothing more than a political token gesture, in my opinion. I see absolutely ZERO enforcement of that registry. On top of that, the latest scam of caller ID spoofing is another atrocity that I simply cannot believed is possible. How can phone companies, and/or the FCC, allow spoofing? Anyway, I was always looking for a way to stop these annoying calls, and never came up with any working solution until Nomorobo came along. Thank you so VERY, VERY much. The ONLY improvement to Nomorobo that I'll mention, and don't get me wrong, I'll continue to take/love Nomorobo just the way it is since this improvement may not be possible, would be if my phone didn't ring at all from the robocalls. As a side note; I am such a strong supporter of this type of home privacy protection that I would like to VOLUNTEER to help Nomorobo in some way. If there is something I can do to support and/or help Nomorobo, please contact me (I did send an email to this effect earlier this year, but never received any response). KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK, AND THANKS AGAIN.
