It's an ok service although it hasn't been as effective as advertised. It is only blocking 50% of the calls to my landline. I guess that's an improvement but not what I expected.Some of the numbers that get through are listed as "private" - that is, no caller id information is given. These calls should be blocked too. If there's no caller id info the call should be blocked.

It's great, however, we still get one ring before robocall rejects the unwanted call. It cuts down on the annoyance but I sure wish it would eliminate that one ring.

You are doing a tremendous job of blocking unwanted scammer's calls, specially for us seniors. we cannot thank you enough. I and my wife just love it. It rings once and bam there gone. Only one minor problem. I'm getting calls from the same caller over and over again. This in minor to me because it still blocks them an only rings once. I can't thank you enough. We installed the app just before election time, and let me tell you it blocked a lot of calls.
