This service has been a godsend since I signed up last February. I had been getting up to 8 robocalls a day and it is now obvious that most of them who had been trying to get thru using multiple numbers, different caller ID's, and sequential calls have given up. I think it's the best invention ever! Since I retired, I've been amazed at the number of calls during the day, not to mention at night up until 9:00 pm. I love Nomorobo! I loved "robo" while it worked but, a few months ago, we had no incoming calls. I contacted our phone co. (Optimum) and they discovered ALL our calls were being sent to "robo". They advised switching call forwarding to "off". They reset the modem and the problem was solved. After a few weeks, I reestablished "robo"--it worked for about a month when the same problem occurred. After Optimum again corrected the problem, I never switched back to "robo".
