I love it, and it is a tremendous help to me. I am 70 years old and receive an extreme number of unwanted calls. Nomorobo enables me to wait for a second ring before getting up to go answer the phone and greatly reduces the frustration of so many calls. I have recommended it to many friends and family members. I love not getting the calls. The only down side is the phone still rings once so you reach for the phone and then the call is gone. It would be nice not to hear that ring. It's still way better than the call getting through.

I think it is a super service! Every time I hear the silence after one ring, I think "there goes another foiled telemarketer and/or scammer." I also think the people who developed and administer Nomorobo are super customer service conscious. I reported a problem which they readily understood and resolved quickly and efficiently. It has been a pleasure dealing with Nomorobo.
