This has been a huge help to us. I have a question. We get quite a few calls where the phone rings once and no one is there. There is not a record of who called on Called ID. Could these be robo calls that did not get blocked in time? Is it a problem with Comcast?

Every time my phone rings once and then no more rings, it' like heaven! Before Nomorobo I'd listen to it ring over and over and over until they stopped. As soon as I saw this on my local CBS station (KMOV - St. Louis) I immediately signed up and have been singing it's praises to anyone who'd listen. It appeared to be working well when I first signed up months ago. However, within the last 2 months or so it doesn't appear to be working at all. I got numerous political calls just before the election,with none of that nonsense bring blocked, and am still getting calls from some stupid Diane soliciting rug cleaning for which I cannot opt out. What happened to my robocall?

Great Product! I wish it were easier to put non 800 numbers on the list. There is a lot of navigation through ATT to even find where to put numbers to be blocked.

WOW...We can actually eat dinner without telemarketers calling. Nomorobo has reduced our telemarketing calls by at least 80%. This is a wonderful service.

A few calls still get through because they are using fake IDs, but we get far fewer calls. Love the one ring and then silence notice that a call has been blocked.
