I love it however, a lot of robo calls still come thru. I am retired so home most of the time and i see on my TV before answering who is calling and i would say about 5 out of 7 get thru each day.— , Nov 29th, 9:54am

I loved "robo" while it worked but, a few months ago, we had no incoming calls. I contacted our phone co. (Optimum) and they discovered ALL our calls were being sent to "robo". They advised switching call forwarding to "off". They reset the modem and the problem was solved. After a few weeks, I reestablished "robo"--it worked for about a month when the same problem occurred. After Optimum again corrected the problem, I never switched back to "robo". It's great, we had it when we had Verizon for our phone and I have turned all my friends on to it. Now that I've moved I only get Comcast and can't get Norobo to work....nobody at Comcast will help me either. Can you please help me?— Howard W, Nov 29th, 1:16pm
