I loved "robo" while it worked but, a few months ago, we had no incoming calls. I contacted our phone co. (Optimum) and they discovered ALL our calls were being sent to "robo". They advised switching call forwarding to "off". They reset the modem and the problem was solved. After a few weeks, I reestablished "robo"--it worked for about a month when the same problem occurred. After Optimum again corrected the problem, I never switched back to "robo". This is a truly great service. I'm proud to think I've helped limit the robocall scourge by reporting quite a few scammers and other low lifes to nomorobo. I recommend this to everyone that will listen. A friend at work told me about it and I wanted to try it because I was going to cancel my land line due to all the robo calls all the time, from 9am to 9pm. This allowed me to keep our land line and takes away almost all of those calls. This is the best thing since sliced bread....— Barry, Nov 29th, 1:15pm
