I absolutely love it. It's still annoying to get one ring, but it's so much better than having to get up to answer it. I didn't have any trouble setting it up, but some might be intimidated by the multiple steps.

My husband has Alzheimer's & the constant ringing of the phone was driving him & Me crazy, he could not understand why I would not answer it. Has worked perfectly since installation. Only two calls in four weeks have gotten through nd I reported them for inclusion in the database. A great service to remove annoying phone calls and scammers.

I had been waiting for a long time for someone to step up and provide a solution to stopping all the annoying robo and scam calls I have been receiving. I even had to buy a new phone with a larger blocking capability. I don't understand why our carriers did not step up to eliminate this problem. Thanks for offering an alternative solution. It's been working great.
