I loved "robo" while it worked but, a few months ago, we had no incoming calls. I contacted our phone co. (Optimum) and they discovered ALL our calls were being sent to "robo". They advised switching call forwarding to "off". They reset the modem and the problem was solved. After a few weeks, I reestablished "robo"--it worked for about a month when the same problem occurred. After Optimum again corrected the problem, I never switched back to "robo". We added Nomorobo to our house phone, it is wonderful! The phone will still ring once, but is answered by the system before it rings a 2nd time. With our AT&T system, we can see who is calling but do not have to deal with the nuisance or voice message recordings, love how this works!
