Just last week, 8,277 people got Nomorobo protection!

I think this is the greatest, and what is good about it is it can distinguish between annoying calls and when my doctor's office calls on a recording that comes through. This was a genius of an idea.

Absolutely fantastic !!! If you are looking to make improvements, see if you can prevent calls prior to the first ring! Otherwise, I cannot see how you can make improvements. Best suggestion that I have had in a very long time.

I wish it would not ring once when a robo call comes in. Can't the call be completely blocked instead?

I am not quick to make any recommendations about products or services to friends or family. I loved "robo" while it worked but, a few months ago, we had no incoming calls. I contacted our phone co. (Optimum) and they discovered ALL our calls were being sent to "robo". They advised switching call forwarding to "off". They reset the modem and the problem was solved. After a few weeks, I reestablished "robo"--it worked for about a month when the same problem occurred. After Optimum again corrected the problem, I never switched back to "robo". I would appreciate your comments
