The frequency of call is drastically reduced, and when the phone rings 9 of 10 it is a call we are happy to take. It has restored faith in the phone as a means of communication, rather than an annoyance.

" Rachael from credit card services" was the BAIN of my life for years. I no longer hear from her! After returning from several years in Europe, I found that I received 4-6 of these calls PER DAY!!! They have all but stopped. The few that do get through are reported. I actually changed my service from Comcast to Verizon for this reason!

I an on the do not call list, but it hasn't stopped the robos. Why don't you turn these people in to the do not call list and reap the fines for yourself??? If you need my permission, you have it.

This is the best that happened to us to block these crazy and threatening calls."No caller list" was useless. You are doing a tremendous job of blocking unwanted scammer's calls, specially for us seniors. we cannot thank you enough. I don't know what the robocallers hear on their end of the line when their call is blocked but I know what I hear on my end--silence. Yes!
