They provide the phone service and they are the ones to ensure they are used properly, right?No?The telephone company doesn't care if their service is used by scammers and annoying callers?They provide a Caller ID so we can decide if we want to accept the call? But only if we go to the phone and examine the caller and number? We still gotta go to the phone, right? Why can't somebody just intersept those calls and stop the ringing?Somebody did?! We cannot understand why the other cable/telcos in our market (RCN & Service Electric) have not obtained the simultaneos ring feature from their central office switch supplier. Nomorobo is like going to heaven. Also we don't understand why VZ FIOS doesn't market it's still exclusive simultaneous ring feature as the reason to switch to FIOS. Also don't understand why when we asked VZ for help with robocalls, VZ told us to (waste our time) calling the police rather than telling us about Nomorobo. There is no cure for stupid.
