Before Nomorobo, I particularly hated the ones that would call and then, when you answered, you would hear silence and then they would disconnect. Now I just have a "GOTCHA!" moment. If everyone had this service, they would have to go away.
— Susan, Nov 29th, 9:35amI think it has helped, but quite a few numbers (including Gallup) get through with a single ring, which is less annoying than talking to them, but very annoying, nonetheless because these callers tend to call every day. I suspect this has something to do with the fact that I use Vonage SimulRing to call my home and cell at the same time, but I'm not sure. I've learned that reporting a problem has no effect (but, heck, you're offering a free service, so ...), which I why I didn't bother.Of course, the 2014 political campaign season was still unbearable, and I don't look forward to 2016, but I think your service is a great help, and I appreciate it.

I have thanked you in the past and again expressing my appreciation for this service. When these calls get through by spoofing numbers we report them and you block them until they start using another number. The credit card people actually spoofed my own phone number as their identity to get me to pick up. I get 4 or 5 calls per day that NOMOROBO blocks at an 80% or better rate.
