The rates were really unpredictable for a bit, but weren't good sweet spot. So call me at 714-987-2909. And we can talk about that. No point, no junk. The loan were still doing that. We could even possibly get an appraisal waiver. The other lenders right now, they're taking 90 days to 5 months to fund a loan. So this is really important. Whatever rate you're being quoted or rate lock, it's going to expire, you're going to lose your rate. You know, that's how mortgage is work. The rates are only locked for up to 30 days, sometimes 60, if you're lucky and that's normally more expensive. So again, call me that way. We can even talk about cash out.
