Overall I am very happy with your service. However, I want to point out that it is not 100% effective. Specifically, during the election season from about September through the election in early November, we noticed that robocalls for political surveys frequently got through your technology. Of course, now that the elections are over, we are no longer being bothered. But, is there some reason why those calls could not be stopped?— Jon K, Nov 29th, 9:57am

Absolutely fantastic !!! If you are looking to make improvements, see if you can prevent calls prior to the first ring! Otherwise, I cannot see how you can make improvements. Best suggestion that I have had in a very long time.— John G, Nov 29th, 10:12am
