- Transcript Place with the IR's that way. Yeah. Yeah. So I told them there are options, obviously, they're bank statement loans and that kind of stuff. But, you know, the terms are not going to be comparable to what he may want or may think he wants just because it's quote unquote of the hard money loan. Right. Yeah. So he said, okay, well, let me, let me, let me think about this and this and that. Basically his main question was, is there a standard way where I can get a low down payment, low interest rate loan where you can qualify, me not having to use my tax returns? And I was like, no, no. Yeah. So he texted me. He said that you had questions quoted home or share with them that for a $260,000 loan or that he's trying to qualify for the payments will be 3000 a month. And, but I imagine that's directly connected to, you know, his issues with the IR's. And he's like, but I have a 700 credit score, which I'm not sure if that's true or not, but you will know that better than I do. Well, I told them, look, you can have a, a thousand credit score. Your income is not in order. So. Yeah, you know, I don't know why you want to, you know, ask about payments and stuff when we need to wait to figure out your tax returns. Yeah. I go, you know, but if you want to know that the monthly payment be roughly around $3,000. But. And he kept going back to his credit score. I'm like, it has nothing to do with that. Yeah, yeah. He's a little stubborn. I've, I've tried to explain some things. He wants me to get him a deal and a house that, for owner financing, and it's just almost irrealistic. So anyways, all right. I just, let's see what we can work with. So it'll be pretty much just that a hard money loan and it's gonna cost them, is going to cost them to borrow under the current conditions. But yeah, his, his being, his taxes not being in order. Definitely a big, a big hiccup, a big roadblock. Yeah. Yeah. Okay. Yeah. I appreciate your help, sir. Thank you.

So far so good! Was afraid it would block robotic bank fraud calls, Rx shipments, etc., but no problem so far. Love the dinner-time calls it's catching!

Nomorobo is AWESOME!!!Most people go to work outside the home, so they're not aware of how many calls are coming into their home during the day, unless the caller leaves a voicemail or the person proactively reviews their caller ID log. As for me, I work from home, so I hear our phone ring, and always screen the calls by looking at the caller ID. With this last political campaign, we were receiving a MINIMUM of 4 calls a day from various political groups, and that's on top of the usual telemarketing calls that we get. Some days our phone was ringing every hour, and all were junk calls. We were seriously considering cancelling our landline phone service, the same number we've had for 30 years, just to eliminate this insanity.Once I found Nomorobo, and started aggressively logging in the phone numbers, our phone eventually silenced, and was virtually silent through the several remaining weeks of the political campaign, where the calls would have been even worse. Nomorobo has been such a relief!!! Thank you Nomorobo team!
