Yes, we had sent paperwork out to you last month. Let's yes, sir. Letting you know that the warranty on the passat was supposed to be extended by the first of the month. So we're making sure to get in touch with you prior to closing out your eligibility. You are keeping the paceAT for a while, correct? Yeah. You are keeping the Pacific for a while, correct? Very good. And so how many miles do you have on the passat? Right? Do you have a number for the mileage? Sure, it is. It's all very good, but we do need to have a number for mileage before we can proceed. How many miles do you have on the passat? All of this time, I might have been punked here, so to speak. This might be a recording. Oh, man. A minute and a half on a recording? That's embarrassing.

It's an ok service although it hasn't been as effective as advertised. It is only blocking 50% of the calls to my landline. I guess that's an improvement but not what I expected.Some of the numbers that get through are listed as "private" - that is, no caller id information is given. These calls should be blocked too. If there's no caller id info the call should be blocked.
