Overall I am very happy with your service. However, I want to point out that it is not 100% effective. Specifically, during the election season from about September through the election in early November, we noticed that robocalls for political surveys frequently got through your technology. Of course, now that the elections are over, we are no longer being bothered. But, is there some reason why those calls could not be stopped?

This is the best that happened to us to block these crazy and threatening calls."No caller list" was useless. You are doing a tremendous job of blocking unwanted scammer's calls, specially for us seniors. we cannot thank you enough. It's great. I'd say it blocks about 5 calls a day. I don't even bother to head to the phone to answer it until I hear a second ring.
