Blowing will begin at 09:00 p.m. followed by the street sweeping at 11:00 p.m. to approximately 03:00 a.m. the downtown area will be posted with no parking tow zone signs. Residents on the streets may park for free at the garage in the museum place mall from 08:00 p.m. wednesday evening to 08:00 a.m. thursday morning with proof of residency. Overall I am very happy with your service. However, I want to point out that it is not 100% effective. Specifically, during the election season from about September through the election in early November, we noticed that robocalls for political surveys frequently got through your technology. Of course, now that the elections are over, we are no longer being bothered. But, is there some reason why those calls could not be stopped?
