  • Transcript Hi, this is Tiffany on a recorded line, iD number 6567 with cools department store. May I speak to you? Oh, I'm so sorry that that happened to you, but I'm glad I was able to give you a call. I'm so glad I was able to give you a call so we can go ahead and handle that now. You said, so you called in. It just rang. Okay, perfect. So I'm going to go ahead and get your account together. Give me 1 second. So it looks like. I'm sorry, give me 1 second because this is not so sorry, but hi, again, this is Tiffany on a recorded line, id number 6567. And I'm so glad we were able to go ahead and get in touch with you today. The reason for my call is that we happen to see that there was a missed payment with your Kohl's account. So we're just trying to get your account caught up and avoid any more late fees. Okay, perfect. Give me 1 second. I'm setting that up for you. Okay, so it looks like your current balance is $74.31. The amount due is $69, which was for April Mays payment. That would actually get you caught up until June 1. And let me see what we have here on file. I do have your USAA federal savings bank on file ending in 65.99. Is that the one you would like to use? Yes sir. That's the one you would like to use today. Okay, perfect. So, okay, so we have. Okay, which one would you like to do? The 69 or the $74.31? Mister Stevens, would you like to do the 69 or the 74? I'm not sure which one you would like to do.

Just last week, 8,256 people got Nomorobo protection!

Every time the phone rings once and stops, we smile and say, "Nomorobo!"

FANTASTIC! My only problem is that I accidentally blocked one phone number. It would be helpful if I could unblock ALL numbers I have blocked and then start all over again.

Great service! Thanks.

Overall I am very happy with your service. However, I want to point out that it is not 100% effective. Specifically, during the election season from about September through the election in early November, we noticed that robocalls for political surveys frequently got through your technology. Of course, now that the elections are over, we are no longer being bothered. But, is there some reason why those calls could not be stopped?

Makes my life simpler

It's Great !I saw it on a news report from a consumer reporter, I caught just the end of the report. The reporter said there was a new thing out called "Nomorobo", that worked better than the "do not call list".I googled "Nomorobo" it's been "Blissful Silence" ever since.

We are extremely pleased with Nomorobo's service! It daily blocks at least half a dozen calls. I love hearing that single ring, knowing that this amazing service is doing it's job! LOVE IT!!!

Can't evaluate because I still get annoying robo calls. Now whether would get more without Nomorobo, how can I am unable to measure.

The number of frustrating robocalls is exploding, but there are more options than ever to fight back
