Once I answer the phone, I have the opportunity to waste their time by playing along with them for up to 20 minutes before they catch on. One ring and gone, no chasing the phone instead of the boys.Only issue is some other Time Warner Customers hear only one ring at their end and assume they lost a connection. The phone in our house keeps on ringing. Regular callers have been informed of this issue and they wait us out.
