This has been a huge help to us. I have a question. We get quite a few calls where the phone rings once and no one is there. There is not a record of who called on Called ID. Could these be robo calls that did not get blocked in time? Is it a problem with Comcast?

You are doing a tremendous job of blocking unwanted scammer's calls, specially for us seniors. we cannot thank you enough. I even had to buy a new phone with a larger blocking capability. I don't understand why our carriers did not step up to eliminate this problem. Thanks for offering an alternative solution. It's been working great.
