I think this is the greatest, and what is good about it is it can distinguish between annoying calls and when my doctor's office calls on a recording that comes through. This was a genius of an idea.

The greatest thing since Private telephone numbers and no more Party Lines. We chuckle every time a call is blocked, knowing that we didn't need to get up from what we were was doing. Great! We love to hear the 'no-mo-robo' sound of one, single ring. It makes us smile all over. If a call is not a nomorobo call, we wait until just after the third ring, picking up the receiver just before the fourth ring. Any unwanted callers usually hang up before the fourth ring. Makes life much better.Love it. Have mentioned it to countless people. Some of them however, can't seem to get it due to their provider (Xfinity I believe.) Hope that changes in the future.
