- Transcript Hello? This is John Axtell with Kansas Campaign for Liberty. Lobbyists for a federal constitutional convention are pressuring your state senator Rick billinger to support a dangerous scheme to sue Kansas in federal court. Their goal is to overturn part of our Kansas constitution so they can ram their resolution SCR 16 seven through the state senate. Press one now to contact Rick Billinger and demand that he reject SCR 16 seven and the scheme to subvert the Kansas constitution in federal court. The Kansas constitution clearly specifies the rules to call for a federal constitutional convention. Proponents behind this resolution have failed many times to meet these requirements. So now they plan to sue Kansas in federal court simply to make it easier to pass their bill. A vote for this scheme is a vote to sue Kansas. If these proponents will brazenly subvert our state constitution, we can't let them get their hands on our US. Constitution. Press one now to contact state senator Billinger and demand that he reject this scheme to sue Kansas and subvert our constitution, or call him at 785-296-7399. Just last week, 8,268 people got Nomorobo protection!
Great through this last election ad cycle...I still get a couple of survey calls that ring four times...
— John M, Nov 29th, 9:32amI can't tell you how much pleasure it is to here the phone ring only once, knowing that Nomorobo has again successfully shut down another annoying robocall. Before Nomorobo, I particularly hated the ones that would call and then, when you answered, you would hear silence and then they would disconnect. Now I just have a "GOTCHA!" moment. If everyone had this service, they would have to go away.
— Susan, Nov 29th, 9:35amTrying to stop or at least limit Robocalls almost became a part time job for me. I would diligently try to use their "press 5 to be removed from our list" [yeah, THAT works!], & even more diligently report the numbers/caller ID in complaints to the Do Not Call Registry. Pretty much to no avail & a losing battle. Then I read about Nomorobo. Gave it a try & OMG, what a difference! An IMMEDIATE difference! A real Godsend --- The peace is wonderful. One little ring & then nothing. Thank you so much!!
— T.P. G, Nov 29th, 9:57amI think it has helped, but quite a few numbers (including Gallup) get through with a single ring, which is less annoying than talking to them, but very annoying, nonetheless because these callers tend to call every day. I suspect this has something to do with the fact that I use Vonage SimulRing to call my home and cell at the same time, but I'm not sure. I've learned that reporting a problem has no effect (but, heck, you're offering a free service, so ...), which I why I didn't bother.Of course, the 2014 political campaign season was still unbearable, and I don't look forward to 2016, but I think your service is a great help, and I appreciate it.
— Carol S, Nov 29th, 10:05amI think it's great. Really cuts down on annoying calls...however...some of them seem to slip by. I guess there's always somebody out there that can out fox what you're doing. It's really too bad, but I appreciate the effort you make & it does make a difference. Thanks for your service!!!
— Christine G, Nov 29th, 11:49amIts a great service, however it won't work on ATT land lines, I hope you can get that soon.
— Ray, Nov 29th, 11:51amGreat love it
— Anonymous, Nov 29th, 12:00pmI love Nomorobo! Just about every call we receive on our home phone is a robo call so we're loving life.
