I am so happy I found out about Nomorobo when we started our business. We were getting robocalls on the busy customer service phone line multiple times a day. I loved "robo" while it worked but, a few months ago, we had no incoming calls. I contacted our phone co. (Optimum) and they discovered ALL our calls were being sent to "robo". They advised switching call forwarding to "off". They reset the modem and the problem was solved. After a few weeks, I reestablished "robo"--it worked for about a month when the same problem occurred. After Optimum again corrected the problem, I never switched back to "robo". Nomorobo is a great service, that works. We had disconnected our internet phone because of robo calls. Our internet phone is now connected 24/7 and only rarely do we even get a one (1) ring call, let alone a call that makes it through. At this point no downsides. Whatever I say will not be your decider. Just try it and be amazed.
