It's an ok service although it hasn't been as effective as advertised. It is only blocking 50% of the calls to my landline. I guess that's an improvement but not what I expected.Some of the numbers that get through are listed as "private" - that is, no caller id information is given. These calls should be blocked too. If there's no caller id info the call should be blocked.

The greatest thing since Private telephone numbers and no more Party Lines. We chuckle every time a call is blocked, knowing that we didn't need to get up from what we were was doing. Good at blocking some calls, but most still get through by using "Private" to identify caller; calls from Medi Alerts are our biggest offenders.
