- Transcript Hey, my name is Parker, I'm sorry for the random message but I'm giving you a call because you own a property in an area that I'm trying to buy a house in and I wanted to see if you may have anything that I should make an offer on. I may making cash offers I can close quickly, no contingencies. I just need to check out the property and make sure it's something that we're looking for. But anything single family, up to small, multifamily as is. Condition doesn't matter. If it's tenant occupied or owner occupied or has been vacant for the last five years, it doesn't matter. I want to give you a couple of options. If you press one, you can leave a voicemail with the address. Or if you have multiple properties, we can make of offers on multiple properties and any other information you'd like to give us. Or if you don't have a house and this call got to you by error, then press two and we'll add you to our do not call list. Thanks and have a great day.

Just last week, 8,253 people got Nomorobo protection!

Absolutely fabulous. I wish it worked on Verizon Wireless too.

Overtime the phone rings only once, we all smile and go back to our quiet meal

it only works on some of calls its better but some calls still getting through

I absolutely love it!!!! Being a senior, it's no fun to have to be getting up from your cozy chair or bed to answer the phone unless it's necessary. When you do answer and get silence before some salesman or money raiser picks up, it is extremely annoying. I really do thank you all at NoMoRoBo, and I have been telling everyone I know about it.
