  • Transcript Hi, this is your congresswoman, val Hoyle at 202-225-6416. I'm holding a telephone town hall right now to answer your questions and address your concerns. You'll be able to ask a question by pressing Star three at any time during the call. Just stay on the line. The call will begin momentarily. Please hold while we connect you to your Access Live event. This Access Live event is currently in progress. Please note that this call may be monitored, recorded or rebroadcast. Rayfield, who are doing tremendous things in our courts, and Attorney General Rayfield, please let us know all the things that you're doing and what people can do to keep engaged, stay engaged and what would be most helpful. Well, thank you for inviting me. This is Dan Rayfield. So I am the Oregon Attorney General. And thank you, Congressman Hoyle, for inviting me tonight to participate. Now, for those of you on this line, Congressman and myself have known each other for a long time. In fact, we were in the state legislature together a long time ago when she would chastise me for wearing a bow tie every now and then. And so I'm glad that we get to continue to work together in these new roles in a very different period in America's history. Day to day, right now we are getting continued reports of the impacts that the Trump's presidential administration is having on Oregonians. We and right now, while they're taking a lot of actions, the Trump administration, they are not getting public feedback. And so as attorneys general across this country, we have been touring the country, listening to people who are being impacted, providing public input into this process and then making sure that we're keeping the Trump administration accountable through various lawsuits. Most recently, we just got back from Arizona last week with three other attorneys general and it's eye popping the stuff that you hear about. People are scared, they're angry about what's happening and frankly about how it's impacting their lives and the people that they're trying to take care of.

Love it!!!!!!

I echo others comments. Received 14 calls of which 12 were in November. Thanks Nomorobo.

I signed up, was told I was connected then told not connected. I emailed customer service was asked a couple of questions, then nothing and I am still getting all the telemarketer calls. Very frustrating.

Wow...it is so great not getting these ding dang calls anymore!! Now we have our phone back and no more annoying calls!!

No more tension when the land line rings. Can't believe how quickly it worked unlike going on the do not call registry.
