I have Time Warner Digital Phone and several friends, also TWC Digital Phone subscribers, had a problem calling me. They said my phone would ring once or twice and then hangup. I had to disable Nomorobo. I was very pleased with Nomorobo and would activate again if you could resolve my TWC issue.

it helps but the fact that my phone still rings once can be annoying late at night. Also MANY calls are still coming thru> The stupid cable company ( Time Warner) ALLOWS unidentified calls even tho I have blocked them as they consider " name unavailable" to be an identity!!!!!thnx for all you are doing to try to knock off this nonsense! I did not have this kind of trouble with phone calls until we switched to Time Warner!! and yet we pay $2 to be unlisted..... what a waste!

This is a service of the telephone company, right? They provide the phone service and they are the ones to ensure they are used properly, right?No?The telephone company doesn't care if their service is used by scammers and annoying callers?They provide a Caller ID so we can decide if we want to accept the call? But only if we go to the phone and examine the caller and number? We still gotta go to the phone, right? Why can't somebody just intersept those calls and stop the ringing?Somebody did?! And it wasn't the phone company?An independent service? And it's free?THANKS! Nomorobo! You enhanced our quality of life and for bringing peace to so many >>> you should receive the Nobel Peace Prize.

You guys are GREAT!!!!!! We are so HAPPY of all the damn, stupid calls we have blocked now, with your service. We will NEVER leave you. Please keep doing more and more, and if you can get cell phones hooked up-GOD BLESS YOU!!! You even block POLITICAL CALLS. When you can start blocking these damn politicians, you are GOD! Nomorobo is fairly effective. However, it has caused us other problems with those calling our Time Warner phones from their Time Warner phones. Therefore, we have disconnected Nomorobo and our Time Warner is back yo normal but the robo calls have increased. I will be happy to reconnect when you can better interface with Time Warner.
