- Transcript Hello, this is your Congresswoman, ayanna pressley at 617-850-0040. Yes, it's actually me, not a robocall. I'm holding a telephone town hall right now to answer any questions you have about the work I'm doing in Congress. You'll be able to ask a question by pressing Star three at any time during the call. Just stay on the line. The call will begin momentarily. Please hold while we connect you to your Access Live event. This Access Live event is currently in progress. Please note that this call may be monitored, recorded or rebroadcast. The cloak room, it's a workspace directly off of the House chamber. And I'm in one of those phone booths having this tele town hall with all of you. So thank you for your flexibility given this emerging situation, evolving situation, now more than ever, it's really important that we remain connected and that we're in community. I'm so grateful to be your congresswoman and tonight I want to answer as many questions as I can. I know it's been challenging to keep up with the pace of chaos and the harm coming out of Washington, D.C. so tonight I'm going to provide a quick update not only on the actions coming from this White House, but also an update on what my team and I are doing and how we are here as a resource for everyone who calls the Massachusetts seventh Home. My team will let me know if at any point you all cannot hear me. There's a fair amount of ambient noise again, so thank you for bearing with me. I just walked off the House floor again. The vote is currently. The budget vote is stalled out, but any moment I could be asked to return to the floor to vote. This is a budget resolution that calls for deep and lasting cuts to the essential functions of our government. I will be voting no. The same government that shows up in everyone's lives every day? Honestly, at its best, the role of government, it's subtle, it's often unnoticed. Families are fed, roads are safely repaired, health care is available. But what Republicans.

Just last week, 8,276 people got Nomorobo protection!

Great service! It reduced the number of robo calls coming into my landline phone by 90%. Looking forward to the same results on my Cellier phone.

Great program! Has cut down Robo Calls at home to practically none. I do wish there was a feature to create an "allowed calls" list as there are some service providers who use Automated calls for appointment reminders, etc. would highly recommend Nomorobo!

Thanks for making Nomorobo an important and useful option. It is a shame that Verizon (Mid Atlantic Maryland) no longer provides a similar service as they once did.It seems the phone company has a preference in favor of commerical interests over residential customers regarding robocall blocking. I have benefited by the 'one ring cut-off' of robocallers but wish it was a "no-ring". You provide a customer service that easily surpasses the phone company or government protection against such increasing intrusions on privacy.

Big decline in robo calls since I signed up
— Lenny O, Nov 29th, 10:01am

Excellent! Calls ringing at my home are down almost nothing because the only people calling were telemarketing scammers
— Mike M, Nov 29th, 10:31am
Might be the best thing ever invented. I recommend it any time the topic of robo calls comes up. I absolutely love the silence. Thank you. Thank you.
