Good evening, everyone. Thank you so much for joining us and taking the time out of your evening. I'm Dr. Candace Lucas with the Urban League of Rochester, and I'm here to welcome you to our first telephone town hall for 2024, but the third in our series since we started last year. We hope that 2024 is off to a great start for you. As I said, this is the time when many of us are making those new year's resolutions, and some of us tend to break them. But I believe that we are going to be able to keep you all on track. If your new year resolution was about your health, we're here to help you. So tonight's conversation is about staying safe with COVID and flu, and we know that those cases are on the rise in our community, so we want to make sure that you have the information that you need. And we have a wonderful panel here of individuals who are going to help you get the answers to your questions. I'm joined by my colleague Stacey Portella, the director of clinical operations at Jordan Health and Jackie Dozier, who's the director of community health and well being at Common Ground Health. Absolutely fantastic !!! If you are looking to make improvements, see if you can prevent calls prior to the first ring! Otherwise, I cannot see how you can make improvements. Best suggestion that I have had in a very long time.

It feels like we get one call per day with one ring. That indicates to me that Nomorobo has picked it up and blocked it. What a nice relief to have one more phone scammer blocked. Keep up the excellent work.
