How are you today? My name is Arnold. I am reaching out to ensure you're aware of the new tax debt alleviation program available during open. This program aims to alleviate back tax debts by classifying them as non collectible, meaning you won't need to pay them back. It's part of the new Federal Economic Recovery Program. So before you take any steps to settle any tax debt, it's important to review some information first. So would it be okay to deliver this information to you? Okay, great.
