- Transcript Hello. My name is Jessica, an assistant to the director here for the National Tax Relief Program. How are you doing today? All right, so I've been tasked to personally contact you and make sure that you have been provided the information about the new national tax relief program. This relevant information is extremely important with helping those that owe back taxes to rapidly clear their debts. So can you tell me if you currently owe any back taxes at this time? Okay, let me go ahead and get you this information then. One moment, please. Here we go. Okay, so this special program has been recently approved. As of August 2022, the purpose of the tax dismissal program is to help those struggling with tax debt. However, there are certain requirements to be eligible. You cannot currently be in any other tax debt consolidation or settlement program. You cannot currently be in bankruptcy, and you must have a household income of under $250,000 a year. But you do have to have a monthly income of at least $2,000 a month. So I need to ask you, do you meet these minimum requirements for eligibility? Press one for yes, two for no. Just last week, 8,268 people got Nomorobo protection!
Love Nomorobo! When the phone rings these days, I don't jump at the first ring like I used to. I wait to see if the call is zapped before letting it interrupt me or waste my time.
— Gary H, Nov 29th, 9:30amI think it has helped, but quite a few numbers (including Gallup) get through with a single ring, which is less annoying than talking to them, but very annoying, nonetheless because these callers tend to call every day. I suspect this has something to do with the fact that I use Vonage SimulRing to call my home and cell at the same time, but I'm not sure. I've learned that reporting a problem has no effect (but, heck, you're offering a free service, so ...), which I why I didn't bother.Of course, the 2014 political campaign season was still unbearable, and I don't look forward to 2016, but I think your service is a great help, and I appreciate it.
— Carol S, Nov 29th, 10:05amMight be the best thing ever invented. I recommend it any time the topic of robo calls comes up. I absolutely love the silence. Thank you. Thank you.
— Jean B, Nov 29th, 10:40amHelp piece of mind and piece overall !
— Doug, Nov 29th, 11:07amThis service has been a godsend since I signed up last February. I had been getting up to 8 robocalls a day and it is now obvious that most of them who had been trying to get thru using multiple numbers, different caller ID's, and sequential calls have given up. Aaron has given us all a weapon to help end the war on Tele-scum!
— Bill, Nov 29th, 11:29amI still laugh out loud when the robocalls get blocked after one ring. What a great way to block the shameless scammers who were driving me nuts.
— Ray H, Nov 29th, 11:31amNomorobo is the best service I have ever had it's the greatest!!
— Bill M, Nov 29th, 1:10pmI love the concept but it does not work 100% - one initially the program was designed to block the calls from even ringing. Now when I get the calls - my phone rings one time. That one time is annoying and I never know when the phone rings is it a blocked call or a real call starting to come in. I have to pause to see which one. I still get the scammers come in, since they have also outsmarted the system by changing their numbers to local or hijacked phone numbers and ids. Overall I am glad to have such a system but it needs work.
