Do not bother to register your phone numbers with the national do not call list. NOMOROBO actually works. Really glad we signed up for it.

Love it. But it also blocks calls that are dialed from a saved phone directory (my elder Dad does not remember my number but has it saved in his phone as a favorite). These calls are also blocked. Would like to be able to provide a list of numbers that are allowed regardless of how they are dialed.

This is a highly effective service. It has blocked so many calls to my home phone. At first I checked every call that didn't make it, worrying important calls might be blocked. Each and every time it was a spammer. I still have a few that get through once in a while. I have limited minutes on my phone plan, so I don't want to waste them on robocalls and telemarketing scams. I have had the Nomorobo service for a little while now. I noticed a diference right away. I do sometimes still get a robocall or telemarketing call, but as soon as I report it to Nomorobo, I never get another one of the same kind. It's great! I would highly recommend this service to anyone. I am very pleased!
