Be advised, this phone call is recorded. The system is going to read over your rights and responsibilities. For you. It's important that you listen to the information on the recording as you be asked if you agree to the information provided, okay. Hello. All right. Please listen carefully to the following information about your rights and responsibilities and penalties for giving false information. For benefits.
