I'm actually in the Rayburn Office Building. It's a new office to us, and I look forward to sharing it with you one day. If you're in the capital area, by all means, come and see us, but it's live. And for those that are joining for the first time, our telephone town hall. We've got thousands. We've got thousands of people that join us on the line each and every month. It's one of the most exciting times. I'm still amazed that thousands of people are. That we get to come together. All three counties from Northeast Florida, Duval, Clay and Nassau County. So it's exciting. I love it, and I get to share with you. And the best part, I guess you get to ask questions. We're going to open up the lines in just a few minutes to take your questions.

Fantastic! Every time my phone rings once and Nomorobo hangs up on the telemarketer I smile inside. Stops them from leaving 9 second messages on my voicemail that I have to delete, also!
