— Jeanne, Nov 29th, 11:11amI loved "robo" while it worked but, a few months ago, we had no incoming calls. I contacted our phone co. (Optimum) and they discovered ALL our calls were being sent to "robo". They advised switching call forwarding to "off". They reset the modem and the problem was solved. After a few weeks, I reestablished "robo"--it worked for about a month when the same problem occurred. After Optimum again corrected the problem, I never switched back to "robo". I would appreciate your comments

Recently, after slamming the phone down on my third automated call just that afternoon, I did some online research. I had already contacted my phone provider and our congress representative which was met with shoulder shrugs and sympathy. I found your site, did some exploring and found that it does seem to be a reputable company. I haven't received one robo call since I signed on with you. Not one. I really can't thank you enough. I have recommended your site to everyone I know.
