My wife and I think it is the best possible thing we have been able to use. Most of the robo calls come in at lunch time or dinner time. This is a great App that everyone who hate robo calls should have. In fact, this should be standard feature on all phones and if anyone crazy enough to want robo calls, they could deselect the feature. The App could use a feature that would allow a "blacklist" to block unwanted calls.
