I think Nomorobo is the best for blocking unwanted calls. I had this service for a couple of years, but we moved to an area not supported by Verizon FIOS and are now unable to subscribe to Nomorobo.

Nomorobo is a sanity-saver! After my accounts were compromised at a couple of the stores where I used to shop, the number of robo calls I received every day was extreme. This despite the fact that I've been on the government Do-Not-Call lists since their inception, and have reported the robo callers that contacted me. Nothing helped until I stumbled over Nomorobo. We signed up for Nomorobo on our 2 landlines as soon as it became available to us, which was a little over a year ago. We cannot thank you enough for making our home robocall-free.
