This has been a huge help to us. I have a question. We get quite a few calls where the phone rings once and no one is there. There is not a record of who called on Called ID. Could these be robo calls that did not get blocked in time? Is it a problem with Comcast?

VERY GOOD!I checked my phone logs and learned that many (most?) are from charitable organizations ( some are dubious)-. Easter Seals robo calls at least two days each week and yesterday showed SIX calls - repeatedly-!!

This is the greatest invention. We have had many "one ring" calls since we signed up for nomorobo and it even keep annoying political callers from getting through (we could see who was calling on our Caller ID ). We hope to be able to add our cell phone numbers as soon as nomorobo gives the heads up on that. Thank you so much! We have already given out the web site to several family and friends. I work from home and my clients are all across the country. I used to be in fear of picking up a call only to have it be a robocall! Since robocall has been on my phone these call rarely get through now and I can be assured that my clients will get excellent service. I would have to say about 90% of the calls I get in a day are robocalls. I have and continue to recommend to everyone who has stopped answering their phones because of these nuisance call to add nomorobo!

A friend at work told me about it and I wanted to try it because I was going to cancel my land line due to all the robo calls all the time, from 9am to 9pm. This allowed me to keep our land line and takes away almost all of those calls. This is the best thing since sliced bread....
