I think it has helped, but quite a few numbers (including Gallup) get through with a single ring, which is less annoying than talking to them, but very annoying, nonetheless because these callers tend to call every day. I suspect this has something to do with the fact that I use Vonage SimulRing to call my home and cell at the same time, but I'm not sure. I've learned that reporting a problem has no effect (but, heck, you're offering a free service, so ...), which I why I didn't bother.Of course, the 2014 political campaign season was still unbearable, and I don't look forward to 2016, but I think your service is a great help, and I appreciate it.

The greatest thing since Private telephone numbers and no more Party Lines. We chuckle every time a call is blocked, knowing that we didn't need to get up from what we were was doing. I like the 1 ring and gone for calls we don't want.There are still a couple of caller that can get around, but you have cut them by 90%.I have told some of my groups that I have contact about Nomorobo.Thanks

It works extremely well. Now and then I report a robo call that was missed.That reporting feature works well also. It's all very good and my family loves the fact that unwanted computer generated calls no longer bother us. Actually it helps cut down the robo calls because apparently many of the robo callers give up calling as time goes by.
