Absolutely fantastic !!! If you are looking to make improvements, see if you can prevent calls prior to the first ring! Otherwise, I cannot see how you can make improvements. Best suggestion that I have had in a very long time.

I work from home and my clients are all across the country. I used to be in fear of picking up a call only to have it be a robocall! Since robocall has been on my phone these call rarely get through now and I can be assured that my clients will get excellent service. I would have to say about 90% of the calls I get in a day are robocalls. It works extremely well. Now and then I report a robo call that was missed.That reporting feature works well also. It's all very good and my family loves the fact that unwanted computer generated calls no longer bother us. Actually it helps cut down the robo calls because apparently many of the robo callers give up calling as time goes by.
